Beatriz is Bodyworker with over 40 years experience. Sessions are available in Barcelona on Wednesdays only. Weekend Bodywork Intensives are available in Girona between February - November. Please book 3 months in advance to secure your spot. Last minute enquires welcome.

Beatriz Fernández is a long-standing practitioner with over 40 years devoted to bodywork, movement, and personal development. A trained Grinberg Method practitioner and teacher, she has spent decades helping people recognise and stop limiting patterns, and create meaningful change through the body.
