Bodywork Sessions

  • The first session is longer as we take time to discuss your personal history, challenges, goals and wishes.

    • In person sessions in Barcelona and Sant Llorenç de la Muga (Girona)

    • Online sessions available for clients familiar with bodywork (including Grinberg Practitioners)

  • The 3 Month Package includes:

    • 12 Sessions for €1,080

    • Alternative payment Plan €365 × 3 months

Burnout Recovery Program

    • 24 × 60 min Bodywork Sessions (valid for 7 months)

    • Monthly training program

    • Weekday WhatsApp Support

    • Payment Plan €660 × 4 months

    • 48 × 60 min Weekly Bodywork Sessions (valid for 14 months)

    • Monthly training program

    • Weekday WhatsApp Support

    • Payment Plan €630 × 8 months

Weekend Bodywork Intensive

  • The base package includes:

    • 4 × 60 min Bodywork Sessions with Beatriz

    • 1 nights accommodation (twin share)

    • 4 nourishing meals to support your journey

    • Personal practices and homework during the weekend to support your process (optional)

    • Tea, coffee and filtered water in your cabin

    • Access to the sauna

  • You can add on the following extras:

    • Additional sessions: €90/session (usually €100) 

    • Additional accommodation: €30/night pp (twin share)

    • Additional meals: €16/meal pp

    • Transfers to / from Figueres Vilafant Station: €18 one way

    • Transfers to / from Figueres Station: €25 one way
